Personal Data: Full name, email, address, telephone, university, professional experience data, technical and professional qualification data and scanned CV.
Purpose and Legal Basis: To enable the User to register in the database of those interested in professional vacancies at P&R Perícias. Legal Basis: Consent, item I, of article 7, of the General Data Protection Law.
5.3. Sharing of Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data
In specific situations, it may be necessary for P&R Perícias to share the Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data of the Holders with third parties, so that it can comply with its internal obligations, towards the Holders or legal and regulatory obligations.
5.4. Storage and Retention
Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data will be stored by P&R Perícias until the purpose for which they were collected is terminated. Personal Data will be stored in internal or external systems of P&R Perícias, in Brazil or abroad.

Pseudo-anonymization: is a process through which Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data are no longer related to an identifiable person, on a provisional basis, but the Holder may be identified through the reversal of the anonymization process.
6. Rights of Holders: The General Data Protection Law guarantees Holders of Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data rights relating to Processing. P&R Perícias will guarantee the Holders all rights guaranteed by law, including, but not limited to:
a. The right to verify whether P&R Perícias processes any Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data held by you;
b. The right to access your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data that are processed by P&R Perícias;
c. The right to request the correction of incorrect, inaccurate or outdated Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data;
d. The right to request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data, as applicable;
e. The right to request portability of your Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data, as applicable;
