Expert Witness in Judicial Proceedings
During the course of a judicial process, it is not uncommon for the parties to request the court to produce expert evidence to demonstrate their reasons or arguments, whether in Public Law or Private Law. In such cases, the Court appoints a technical professional capable of conducting such evidence, and it is up to the party to appoint another professional with the same qualifications to act as their representative, enabling the expert work to be conducted with the impartiality and seriousness that each case requires.
In this circumstance, especially after the procedural ruling phase of the process, our multidisciplinary experts act in the role of Technical Assistant to one of the parties, where a Critical Technical Opinion is issued regarding the Expert Report, which may be Concurring, Dissenting, or Mixed.
